The Yarn :
100% Peruvian Highland Wool, Superwash, hand-painted by Becky Anne! By pre-ordering this kit, you will be helping guide the dye - each kit will be dyed to order for you! If you'd like to read more about this yarn, here's a link!

The Pattern :

This piece is worked flat and seamless. It starts at the front tip, increasing until the desired width is achieved. It is then divided for the neckline. Both shoulder panels can be worked at the same time with separate working yarn. Once the desired neckline size has been reached, the panels are rejoined and decreases are worked along the spine, ending at the back tip.

Image descriptions 1, 3-5: Nicky, a woman with wavy blonde hair, standing in a park modelling The Unicorn, as a deep v-neck poncho; and doubled around her neck as a bandana cowl. The piece is worked in worsted weight, tonal grey wool with tiny rainbows throughout, and features an eyelet spine with strips of garter and mesh.

For the bestest long-lasting results for your handknits, I suggest handwashing with Soak or Eucalan, or another wool wash that contains lanolin. But you're your own person and in charge of your handknits. This is a hand-dyed product, and therefore some color bleeding within the first few washes may occur. At PFKC we handwash each skein of yarn after its dyed, to help minimize this on your end, but no promises - it could happen!

This being a hand-dyed yarn, I attempt to make each skein as identical as possible, but due to the nature of our dyeing process, slight variations may occur. Please consider alternating every few rows while knitting if these variations are not your preference.

All items are made in a smoke-free home with two dogs. They are kept separate from the yarn, but if you have an extreme allergy please consider this before purchasing.

I promise to make every attempt to get the yarn to look like real life in my website photos, BUT every monitor and eyeball is different. I will note if there is a noticeable difference in the appearance of the yarn on the computer vs. real life.

I want you to LOVE your Pan Fran Knit Co yarn. To ensure that, I will respond to emailed questions or messages on Instagram/Facebook.
